Returns

Subject to the rights granted to you under the Australian Consumer Law, all Perfume x creations are considered final sale. Due to the made to order nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted, unless required by law.

If you are a first-time, we currently offer you a 50% discount on our Xploration Set (there is no discount on any shipping or transaction costs) so that you can sample our fragrance range before purchasing a full-size product. We do not accept returns for change of mind. 

Australian Consumer Law

In Australia, our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

If you think there has been a failure of a consumer guarantee, please return your unopened products to our warehouse in your country within 14 days from delivery. You are responsible for associated costs (including delivery) for returning the products to us. If your claim is valid under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs. Depending on the failure, we will either dispatch a replacement product to you or refund the product price.
